We also use a cold pour solution that does the same thing but generally takes longer to harden. The product we use depends on each situation, but will be explained before it is applied.

Oil Spot Treatment is another important step that must be taken to preserve the asphalt. Oil and gas left to soak into the surface will eventually lead to holes and expensive repairs. Our treatment involves cleaning the oil spot, applying a special chemical and then applying sealcoat over it.
